My Self Portrait

Sunday May 30, 2010
7 Keto supplements, power pack vitamins, and vanilla protein shake for my Sunday morning before I go to church. I plan to take it easy today because I am having a bad allergy day. So I only take my Lean Muscle supplement after my full meals. I am still pretty tired from my long week and late marathon of massages I did Friday and Saturday.

Breakfast: Fiber One Bar and cup of coffee  with fat free creamer and splenda
Snack: rice cake
Lunch: chicken fajita taco on corn tortilla and unsweet tea with splenda
Snack: snack size bag of snap peas
Dinner: wheat pasta spaghetti, lean ground meat with organic sauce, side salad and peach tea, with splenda

Fact About Myself: In my home, I do not any pictures of me around, that are visible. They are all of my husband, girls and family. Like I said, I never really took any pictures of myself or at least none that I liked of myself. I do have a painting of a girl, that has long hair and wearing a white gown like an Angel, that I painted, over my fireplace and my youngest daughter asked me, if that was me. How sweet! I never looked at it that way, but I guess you can say I painted a self portrait without even realizing it. =) Now, I embrace everything about myself and pictures for my walls are coming soon! =) Thanks to KSAT 12 Fit for Life Challenge with Anytime Fitness.

Words of Advice: Love yourself for who you are no matter what anyone tells you! I learned the hard way, but now I realize, what gives a person the right to say the cruel things they say to a person.  They are just words and know it, don’t own it!

Fitness Lingo: Antioxidants-Vitamins A, C and E, along with various minerals, which are useful to protect the body from “free radicals”. Free radicals are unstable cells, which react with each, naturally created in the body, and also caused by factors such as smoking and radiation. Free radicals may cause cell damage, which leads to disease.

Scripture 4 Life: Isaiah 58:11 The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring.
