Faith, Hope, and Love

Start AM with 7 Keto supplements, Lean out supplement, power pack vitamins, and  chocolate protein shake.  I always do this first thing in the morning because I know I will be doing some sort of workout for the morning. So, I always take 1 Lean out before every workout and one before every complete meal. Today I look forward for HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training. It was great! Concentration was on legs because I know I will  pay for it later when I will be doing massages back to back later this evening. I will consider that my arm workout.

Breakfast: Fiber One Bar
Snack: strawberry kiwi post workout shake
Lunch: salad with chicken breast slices and glass of water
Snack: Sugar Free popsicle
Dinner: turkey on rye, green beans and unsweet tea with splenda

Fun Facts about myself
I listen to KLOVE 91.3,  all the time! This station keeps me uplifted all the time, even through my down times.

Words of Advice
If you are going through a time of trouble or depression, make sure you can find that one person you can talk to, to help you get through your troubles. Do not go through it alone. You can speak with a Pastor or Counselor, to help you open up about your issues and it can help you get through it all.
