Shattered Pieces

7 Keto supplements, Lean out supplement, power pack vitamins, and vanilla protein shake (change it up a little on the flavors) On days I do not have scheduled training, I will try to make it in at Anytime Fitness and do my own cardio or if I have work to do at home, I take breaks to get my Zumba in or workout at home. Since I technically have my office in my bedroom, I also work from home, so I turn on my computer and find the perfect workout CD, which I have put several of my own together and just dance the hour away! I love to incorporate the belly dance moves with the Zumba because it targets my weakest area, my abs. =(  After all this, I had to plan my day, which I did not go to the gym because I was so busy and taking care of some great matters for the Inspiration 4 Life Organization that is coming to life with the help of many of my wonderful friends and Sponsors!  I had a great time at an event with great fun and fellowship and my friend John asked, if there were any prayer requests, and I raised my hand and  asked everyone to support me in this Fit for Life Challenge with the Great Anytime Fitness and to pray that I will get through this whole journey! Prayers answered! Thank you my friends. =)

Breakfast: peanut butter and sugar free jelly on 1 slice of wheat bread ½ cup of  2% fat free milk
Snack: small stack of Pringles multi grain and bottled water
Lunch: grilled chicken breast on wheat bun with lettuce and tomatoe and unsweet tea with splenda and slices of lemon
Snack: snap peas and broccoli
Dinner: 2 small chalupas with beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and bottled water ( this is what they served at my friends house, so I politely stayed away from the rice) =) Trust me, I refused the cake! Lol!

Fun Fact About Myself:
This was a song I was writing about my pain, but turned it into a poem. I hope you like it.

Shattered Pieces
Rita Marie Hernandez

All my life I
looked in a mirror
I could never believe
what I would see

I never knew
who I was looking for
But I was hoping
no one would ever
recognize me

I struggled to find
who I really was
But I could never amount
to what I really wanted to be

Until…

The mirror became…..
shattered pieces

Each piece tells
a story of my life
As I pick up a piece
The glass is as sharp as a knife

As I look in each glass
I see the pain
A reminder of what life use to be
But sure to know, I will never be the same

Never be the same because now I know
Why the glass has shattered
Because the Lord knows I did not live
My life in Vain

Shattered pieces is exactly what it is
My Life of what it will no longer be
Because I have finally found the strength and courage
To believe in me And find who I am

Not through a Mirror
But from my heart
My Heart is my mirror
And will now always be complete

Words of Advice: If you have goals that you want to set or dreams you want to accomplish, write them all down. This will actually help you reach it and actually do it!
This is why I have started Inspiration 4 Life, so that through this whole journey of the Fit For Life Challenge with Anytime Fitness, you too can be Inspired and reach your goals and dreams. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen!

    Rita,

Thanks for sharing with us your poem entitled “Shattered Pieces.” Very touching.

Hebrews 11:1 is one of my favorites as well.

How badly do you think I messed up by having my splurge meal that I talk about on my blog?
