Vitamin pack, Lean Muscle before every meal, 7 keto and chocolate protein shake for morning. I was still feeling a bit out of it, so this day my Trainer had me doing nothing but cardio on treadmill.

Breakfast: fiber 1 bar and cup of fruit
Lunch: turkey meat slices with orange slices
Dinner: turkey meat patties with mustard and side salad with organic ranch dressing and strawberry-kiwi crystal light
