Ok, extremely sore! I definitely need to get used to this. Busy work day. I had my workout at Garner Middle School, showing the kids how to use fitness equipment, so that definitely was my workout. =) Took my 7 Keto supplements.

Breakfast: cup of frozen mixed fruit. (strawberries, blue berries and raspberries)
Snack: 12 almonds
Lunch: sliced turkey breast with unsweet tea  with splenda
Dinner: talapia fish tacos with grilled zuccini with diet Dr. Pepper
Drank my water throughout the day
