1st Training for Fit for Life. 10am. I started on my 7 Keto supplements from Beverly International. I also started on my 6oz Vanilla Protein Shake before my workout and the strawberry-kiwi shake post workout. I did warm up on  elliptical, worked arms and did my cardio. I also went for an evening walk at Woodlawn Park, 2.66miles

Breakfast: wheat muffin with egg white and turkey bacon and small non fat chai latte
Lunch: leftover brown rice with chicken and mushrooms and an unsweet tea with splenda
Dinner: baked chicken with grilled veggies and glass of  water
Drank my water throughout the day
