Catching Up! Thursday, May 13, 2010

10am training, 7 keto supplements and vanilla protein shake for the morning and strawberry-kiwi shake for post workout. Warm up on elliptical, back day,  and cardio. I still feel a bit sore and still need to get used to this.

Breakfast: cup of coffee with fat free creamer and packet of slenda and a banana
Snack: 12 Almonds
Lunch: tuna with brown rice and lemonade crystal light
Dinner: lean hamburger patty meat with mustard and brown rice and diet Dr. Pepper
Drank my water throughout the day

    What are Keto supplements? Where did you get them? Is there a link?

    Plus, how did you add the e-mail subscription element to your blog. I’d love to do that as well.

      My trainer listens to you on KSLR!! I didnt realize you were doing the competition too! Wow, we feel honored just to be in the competition with you!

      7 Keto is a supplement made by Beverly International which is the supplement company we are using for the products and vitamins I am taking. You can read all about the product on the pdf link below.

      My trainer set up my blog for me and she said that you go to your dashboard and look under where it says “right now” and then where it says your theme, the “widget” button is what you click on and you can drag and drop to add things to your side bar. Make sense??
