7 keto supplements in the morning with vanilla protein shake. I did go for a walk at Woodlawn Park in the evening. 2.66 miles

Breakfast: coffee with fat free creamer and splenda and banana
Lunch: chicken fajita taco on corn tortilla with slices of avocado and unsweet tea w/splenda
Dinner: ready baked chicken and mixed veggies with glass of water
