Catching Up! Friday, May 21, 2010

Vitamin pack, Lean Muscle before every meal, 7 keto and chocolate protein shake for morning. Went to Highlands High School Track and did walk/run 1.5 miles and sprint for one lap. 2 sets of running up and down bleachers, and two sets of pushups leaning on bleachers. Home workout, did abs and zumba.

Breakfast: turkey bacon with eggs
Lunch: leftover chicken salad with diet Dr. Pepper
Dinner: Crispy tacos whole wheat shells, lean ground beef, fat free cheese, lettuce, tomato and unsweet tea with splenda
